WINTER HAVEN – Beginning Tuesday February 14, traffic along East Lake Howard Drive between Avenues B and D NW will be stopped periodically throughout the day to allow for delivery of materials for the Lake Howard Trail Phase I Project. Delays are expected to be minimal throughout the day and are expected to occur between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Motorists may want to use Seventh Street NW as an alternate route.
Additional traffic delays will occur as more materials are delivered, possibly as early as Thursday, Feb. 16.
